New Year Gathering

ah hem *clearing-throat*, okie people, I know I'm late to post this but at least I post it =D
So this year just like last year, not so many of us can make it for the gathering. Well we all just grown up and have our own lives, nothing much to add on to that.

I'm not sure why every new year we will have steamboat buffet, but we did.

again, Happy New Year~~

It's the public holiday eve, I intended to work real late and came home crush and get the over night with my empty house and unfriendly neighborhood. Tomorrow is Thaipusam, Hindi festive to commemorate the occasion when Parvati gave Murugan a vel (spear) so he could vanquish the evil demon Soorapadman... you know what? just wiki for that.

Surfing net and browsing through the recipe book and website to get my appetite to cook and to eat. While glancing through, in my head keep repeating: chopping cabbage and stir fried with tuna tin. What a blue day...

I just love Pancakes, the texture, the softness, the sweetness and the good thing is it goes well almost with all the red meat and other.
I know doctor ask me to cut down the red meat, I'm trying, believe me. White meat is driving me insane slowly.

Here's the deal of this post, I don't remember most of the dish name so... I will try to put up the ingredient as much as possible...

Hong Kong 2010, Day 5 - DisneyLand

If you hop in the train that have everything related to Mickey Mouse, you are on your way to DisneyLand! *excited*

I never thought I would enjoy DisneyLand that much. Everything is so pretty and cute. It brought back the childhood memories, the dream land that every kid would smile at the television and be very hopeful.
