Broga hill

My friends and I went to Broga hill sometime in April, it was supposed to be a sun-rise-catching-trip kinda thing but we missed it.

Nevertheless, it was something new. Fresh air and different scenes. Join the journey were:

Adorable Cheryl

Hairy Reza

Cam-whore queen, Miaow

and my tarling, Ah Ma

We reached after 7+, it was bright sunny day. The light was really hash, the sky was dull and the weather was hot and who said it was easy to hike? No, it was not. Ok, maybe I'm not good in hiking but it was freaking scary at time. Well, the view worth the climb after all.

Ermmm I should go out more often, the rate of being anti-social is going up like a bitch! Where's next?

let there be force, let there be grace

I have received the rather demotivated news recently.
How do I feel? Greatly demotivated, unsatisfactory and unfairly treated...and why is this keep happening?

And all I think was don't tell me I can turn to God, because he certainty can't do anything now.

A good friend of mine reminds me...

Him, the almighty..
if God brings you to it, He will bring you through it
TRUST IN HIM

Sometimes God put us in a situation so He can mold us to be what He wants us to be
We just have to submit to Him and go through the molding process..
it's always His time, not ours, His way, not ours... remember this.
When the time is right, you will one day realized why He put you through such pain

I understand she was trying to calm me down and to think clearly by looking through what God have in me and keep me in a little faith.
Psychologically, I don't really know how much longer I can take this pain. I try my very best to go through it but at a split second, I realize I am just a normal human being who need a shoulder to cry on, a heart to talk to and a fair deal of life.

Keep those little prayers on for me, would you?

Follow the Experts @ Melaka

Last month, my friends and I joined the Tamron club for the photography outing called Follow the Experts 1 at Melaka town. The event started off as for the ice breaking and knowledge sharing. We spent whole day to go around under the hot shinning sun to capture the photos along Melaka river. I didn't take many photos or rather I didn't select many photos here since I didn't manage capture any nice photos. So there I have couple of photos to post up along the entry.

Kajang Satay, finally

For the past six years I've heard so much about Kajang Satay and was not be able to try it.
Finally I managed to go and try out how good it is as the rumors have it.

Satay is the charcoal grilled skewered meat with the variety of any type of white and red meat, some even exotic meat. Before skewered them up together, the meat was first marinated tropical spices.

Notice the green ended stick are the rabbit meat

Chicken and Beef satay

Satay is served with peanut sauce, basically the sauce is the heart of satay dish. If you fail to make the sauce, you fail to make satay.

It is also an option to serve satay with Nasi Impit (rice cake)

Now back to Kajang Satay, the rumors have it right. It was good, the sauce was good. It didn't make me jump but it was good, yeah. Pricing wise it was alright, RM 60 cents per stick and RM 1.50 for Nasi Impit. I would give 8 over 10. What would you say?

SteakOut steakhouse

A quick review for SteakOut steakhouse at Banda Putri, Puchong. To be honest, I was never feel like going to that restaurant because of the name of the restaurant. The only picture that popping in my head when I read Steak Out... is beef steak and very seldom I have the craving of beef steak, very seldom.
Somehow, I was recommend for a friend's birthday dinner. So there we went and gave it a try. We all know where it was but non of us know how was the food and the environment (except the one whom also was recommended by another friend haha).

So we sat there look at the table and the menu, the first think we saw was the word 'Pork'. Well, I thought they might serve pork but apparently their specialty was pork (yes, it's a non-halal place). And we ended up order everything with pork.

Pork Sausage *thumb-up*

Pork ribs with BBQ sauce *double-thumbs-up*

Pork Knuckle *quadruple-thumbs-up*

Their pork knuckle was incredible. The last time I had pork knuckle was at Over Time. It was a lot lower than my expectation then. But this time I was so much enjoying biting over the crispy skin and the tasty meat *fat-fat*

Anyway, it was a nice place, cozy environment and friendly services the plus side it was at reasonable price (the pork knuckle almost half cheaper than Over Time).
I would love to go back again, who knows probably toward end of May, no?

KFC never fail to disappoint me, period

May I present to you the new dish from KFC, Chicken Chop.
Personally, it's a no no. Did you notice the size of the wedges and the chicken? The best part, this set (with soft drink) cost me RM 10. 50.... freaking expensive with tiny chicken (my office food court would be the better choice).

Friend asked me why I do not like KFC, well you have got your answer. I would go McD for Fried Chicken. By the way, this is personal opinion and this is what I like.

I had to order extra thing to fill my tummy up. At least toast pocket taste better and hell a lot worth it than that chopchop.

KFC's Toast Pocket @ RM 7.80 (after tax)

p.s. I still figure out how to blog straight from iPhone, especially upload the picture. Any advice?
