A short trip home

Last week I went back home for a quick holiday and also to attend my cousin's wedding. But before I arrived home, I have made sure that I will seIe the beach first. I know, that's sound naughty, but a girl just wanna have fun...or a woman T_T
Anyway, just a quick update here with a few pictures. And I probably should post my London, Langkawi, Kuching, and Melbourne trip soon T__T Sorryness.

Oh and I was being a tourist for two days since one of my friends was visiting Cambodia as well. The funny part was she looks more Cambodian than I am, so I ended up being asked for the entrance ticket while no one bothering her *facepalm*

And here to my beautiful cousin: May you grow old with your prince charming and live happily ever after!

At AcmeBar & Coffee

I was out and about on the Easter Sunday. It was a tiring day, but I generally enjoy being where I was. Thanks God for the opportunities, benefits, and every little things that I have gained till present.

The event of the day was to catch up with some friends, and chilling. Went to AcmeBar & Coffee, the place was absolutely amazing. I love the design, the interior, the environment, the meal and almost everything.
Well, they said you paid for what you wish for, this is considered a medium or rather high class cafe where what you paid for the high tea in ABC can be used to purchase a pretty decent meal in an average restaurant.

They do have set Working Lunch (weekday) at RM 49++, a weekend brunch buffet at RM 99++, and a weekend brunch buffet at RM 199++ with free flow sparking wine.

Cozy sitting at the couch area

Bar area

Hot Macchiato

It is advisable to have a reservation

OPENING HOURS

It is definitely in the list of my favorite place, but economically advise, I shall not spend so much time there *okay-meme-face*

My First Wedding

that I shot. Well, not officially. I was attending my God sister's wedding at Kuching last Wednesday. It was a blessed ceremony or I shall say it was The blessed ceremonies. There was something else that caught me up and warm me heart, will talk about that later.

Let's get back to the wedding for a bit. There was an official photographer, I was just a family photographer whom in charged that all the families members shall be photographed. Nope, it was not a burden but joy, happiness and pleasure.

These are the few shots during the bride make up session.... more to come.

Will more photo and in detail if possible (I've been really caught up and unorganized lately, hopefully can get hold on my feet).

2010 Putrajaya Hot Air Balloon II

This is the second time this event had been host at Putrajaya. Last year I didn't go because well simple reason, no camera, too crowded and yeah laziness.
I went on Saturday evening [20/03/2010] , it was really crowded, there's no phone coverage service around the area and it was a really hot day.

Despite the negative environment, of course we caught what we went there for

In fact, there were not many balloons this year. And I wasn't update to stand up close to snap any photo due to the limitation of the number of photographers that can go inside.

Oh Look! what I saw, Ted and Dennis

Oh wait, my camera was actually went inside without me haha long story short, I have some photo up closed but not they weren't shot by me.

fire shot by Dennis

I know the firework shots weren't that nice, but I like the mixture of the colors :P

Next year going again... naaaa I will have to see the situation... if I still have the same gear I won't be going there next year though. Will see :p

Ampang Look Out Point

Last Saturday, my friends and I went to Ampang Look Out Point for the KL City view shots. Praying so hard for it not to rain. Yes, it wasn't. But it rain else where that cause KL City view super foggy and dull.

Few minutes after the rain stopped and the clear sky kicked in

Despite the dullness, the skyline still wonderful

Sun Set

Night shot of KL City

The excitement of the view was last about 10 minutes and that was it. Maybe because I don't have enough equipments to utilize the scene.

Taiping, Perak [Jan 2010]

Last months my colleagues and I went to Taiping to attend another colleague's wedding. The next day we went and explored the town. Not so hard to go around since Dennis's from Taiping itself *wings*

He brought us for good foods, darn good and cheap to be precise. He brought us around for shooting and sight seeing... Thanks to him we had a lot of nice photos and great weekend (of course wonderful companies)

The Clock Tower

Taiping Lake Garden

Not to mention that Taiping is a quiet town, and to me is peaceful. A lot of senior citizens hang around outdoor.
Following shots were from around the Lake Garden that we went and took a walk around

Oh...did I mention that the weather was pretty good especially to take portrait shots? Yes, it was.

Best model of the day, Pete

After went around the Lake Garden, we had a quick visit at the Taiping museum. It's more like a natural museum that you will find the animal tail stories than anything else.

The Longest Crocodile in Malaysia, 24 feet long

Will go again for some other interesting things. I really want to go to the hot spring (in Ipoh or Perak heh?). Will do research... who's in?
