Another side of the world

We went to Terengganu last Tuesday and it was really amazing. It was a wonderful experienced trip I have ever had in my life.

[It is gonna be a pretty long blog entry [:D]]

We took bus there, expected 8-9hours to reach Terengganu. Unfortunately, we were cheated by the bus ticket seller whom supposed to sell us the bus ticket to Kuala Besut instead he sold to us the ticket to Kuala Terengganu [for those whom not familiar with the place: in order to reach Kuala Besut you need to take taxi which will cost you RM 100]. Fine~ it is alright, we are willing to pay for the taxi since we are already prepared for the trip.

Unbelievable! the bus was late like 20mn! Never mind, then when we hopped in the bus there was aunty sitting at our seat and the driver so rude keep shouting at us to move. Then after 15mn driving, the bus stopped and the driver asked us to go down and change the bus [never tell the reason why, we suspected the bus broke down]. When we moved to another bus, no one follow the seat number already! we had to sit at the back. WTF! what kind of bus company is this? the driver so rude, the seller no responsibility! SHIT, this is ridiculous! We even asked them before we bought the bloody tickets and they simply tell us it is the same destination.
Tips: Remember the bus company: SUTERA LINER sdn bhd. It is a complete lousy!

Enough of the madness [really spoil my mood to write]. We basically passed two states, Pahang and Kelantan, before we reach Terengganu. We left Kuala Lumpur at <10.30pm> and reach Kuantan [the city of Pahang] at <03.23am>, <04.56am> reach Kelantan, and reach Kuala Terengganu at <05.58am>. From Kuala Terengganu, we took taxi to Kuala Besut. To be honest, I am always terrify to take taxi [at anywhere unless it is emergency]. So when we were in the taxi I just kept quiet and Ben did the talking with the taxi driver. From the conversation, I can felt the trustworthy of the driver [they communicated in BM, so I can't really understand]. He was very informative and straightforward. "He whom earning the trust for living is the real good man" [my respects].

<07.48am> reach Kuala Besut

No talking!!....just get off the bus then taxi...after 10 hours [*blushing*]

<08.35am> we took the speed boat to Pulau Perhentian Bersar and it was really exciting [:D].
<10.00am> the action started!

[it's all about the sand, the sea and the coconut trees]

[oopppsss just the tree [:P]]

and we saw this weird fruit that look almost exactly like pineapple but rather than grows on the ground, it grows on the tree~

Fruit of the pandanus palm, also called the screw pine.

The trip was 3D2N and we really had fun and wonderful time.
We went snorkeling for six places out of three islands: Perhentian , Redang and Lang Tengah island.

The guides brought us to this Spring Water where the only fresh spring water in the middle of the sea. According to the local people the water come from the ground and it really freaking cold!

The sweet part is... we gotta lie down on the beach...with the moon and stars and listen to the wave... [awww i really miss it]

[I have no idea why there is a line behind the moon... [=.="]]
After this we hit the little candlelite pub near by the chalet that we stayed

...and...whacha lookin at!

Everything is awesome! we gotta see the big turtle, baby sharks, nemo [apparently, the locals call the black and white nemo as Panda nemo, and Tomato nemo is the one with the orange and black color~ they are really cute] and its host, transparent squid [believe me they are really hard to find], the giant eel [it really freak me out when I saw it] and the super size Garupa fish and lots and lots and lots colorful fishes... I was a bit terrified when I first snorkel in the open sea but after all the feeling is wonderful.

This is amazing to see another wonderful side of the world~!

not without these guys whom brought us around to these amazing places [I'm planning to go again next year and Ben is planning to go for diving kekeke]

p.s.: big big thanks to my ben ben for organizing this trip....muaxmuax~!
p.s.s.: the day we left only I found out that one of the guides speaks Thai or else I won't have trouble understanding them speaking Chinese all these while... [=.="]
