I like baked stuffs, hot hot from the oven...One, it's easy to do. Two, it's easy to clean up. Three, it's easy to eat hehe
Baked Broccoli with Sausages and Nuggets
Slice the broccoli to the thumb size
Slice the sausage to the thumb size
Some nuggets (optional)
Dumb eveything in the baking bowl
Leave in the oven for 10mn at 250 heat
Served with a pinch of salt, black pepper and a splash of lemon juice
Or you can try any vegetable as you like :P for example:

Baked French Bean with Cauliflowers and Cheesy Sausage
Slice cauliflowers as thumb size
Sliced sausage (thin)
Cut the French bean into 3-4 cm
Dumb eveything in the baking bowl
Leave in the oven for 10mn at 250 heat
Served with a pinch of salt, black pepper and a splash of lemon juice
Tuna and Cabbages in spicy sauce
Chopped garlic (optional)
Slice the cabbage in thin size about 200 g
One tin of tuna in tomato
One tbs of chili paste
Heat the frying pan to hot
A splash of Olive oil (which I prefer)
Add garlic in to the hot frying pan
Add tuna when the garlic turn brown
A splash of light soya sauce
Add sliced cabbages
Add chili paste
Cook for two minutes
Ah ha~ there you go !!

Hahaha ignore the name, I just simply call it.
Cook the handful of spaghetti and leave it aside
Cut the ladyfingers into a triangle thumb size (the shape is not a matter :P)
Cut the sausage into thumb size
Chopped garlic
One tbs of chili paste
Add Olive oil into the hot frying pan
Add chopped garlic
Add cut sausages
Add cut ladyfingers

The tuna and cabbages in spicy sauce looks like char kueh teow...
My simple dinner is always tuna salad... hahaha...
hahah yeah and it's quite feeling too XD
btw, have to change the mood also ma...cannot always tuna salad lolz
