This morning I heard a song over the radio, it went like:

There is only 1 thing, 2 do, 3 words, 4 you...
There is only 1 way, 2 say, those 3 words, that's what I'll do...
I Love You

The song made me smile for a bit...I don't know, I would feel so nice if someone say this to you... I guess that would be my pickup line *shame*

Anyway... I felt so missed and missing something or someone... which I don't know what or who...
I don't feel any excitement over the coming holiday, I just feel like drop death in the middle of the day... What happen?

.....I'm going to get some more coffee....

a very angry comment on some idiots...[Parental Advise]

Ooo my lord... how can one become a SENIOR Administration Executive when one so fucking dumb and lazy.

You* are such a fucking shit head who sit there and shape up your nails, complain about how suck is your job, complain about how suck the government is, gossip about the two who just recently dating. Have you ever think about yourself?

You call yourself a Senior AE? I doubt your qualification. You can't even handling a computer!! You know what is your job scope? If you don't know, nahhh read this...

Administration Executive:

Job Purpose

Handling administrative functions for the department.

Main Accountabilities

• Assisting in drafting and typing letters
• Organising / maintaining / handling/ filing all internal and external correspondence
• Arranging appointments, organize meetings/conferences
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff on work matters
• Following up with staff and/or clients on reports
• Assisting in preparing reports
• Assisting/attending to all incoming calls for the department
Assisting in updating timesheets and handling of claims
• Taking department meeting minutes
• Conducting research and maintenance of clients’ profiles and proposal database
• Coordinating all the training courses and maintain a staff training records
• Maintaining scheduling record
• Handling stationery requisition, printing, binding and general logistics support

Clear enough now? Have you done any of these today? or maybe yesterday? I bet not. And you have four people to assist you... what the fuck is that!!

"Oh I've got urgent things to do lah... " blah blah blah...

Do you think others so fucking free and voluntarily to do your job?
Has it ever occur to you that....If I'm not an SAE why would I do YOUR job?

A little ideal here: If I sold you a car, it DOES NOT MAKE ME YOUR DRIVER!!!

Or is it you keep your brain in the fridge at home?
Oh wait ... you can't answer me that because you did not have any right now!

Oh no, you DO have one now, but you can't use it.
Because you such a shit head! Your brain is full of shit. Awww so poor poor thing....

HEY YOU OVERTHERE!! WOULD YOU JUST GET UP ALREADY, WHY ARE YOU KEEP SLEEPING IN THE OFFICE!!!

I hate when people who are just hired to provide such a simple service and just can't accomplish it.

Note: You* here is referred to the idiot whom I work with as an SAE! It's just work, not personal!

This baby gets me so so so so soooooooooo tipsy....
[i guess I'm so tipsy right now..]

Now when we talk about crepe, you would think about how tender/crispy and sweet it is. I bet you always hear about Strawberry crepe, banana crepe or cream crepe. Today I make Mushroom crepe. Little bit in salt and sauce.

Serving: 1
Preparation: 15mn
Cooking: 10mn

Ingredient
Crepe
1 large egg
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp butter

Filling
3 fresh button mushroom (you can add other mushrooms)
2 mushroom cocktail sausages
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of corn starch
Splash of Olive oil

Direction
Crepe

Sift the flour and salt into a medium bowl. Beat in the egg, gradually add the milk, beating until smooth. Set the batter aside. Melt the butter in a crepe pan, add the batter. Swivel the pan so that the batter coats the base evenly. Cook until lighty browned, about 2 minutes. Repeat this process till the batter is cooked.

Filling

Slice the sausage and mushrooms. Heat the frying pan with olive oil, add the sausages and cook till brown color. Add the sliced mushrooms, oyster sauce and little of water and corn starch. Off the heat and add the black pepper. Pour the filling on top of the crepe. Fold the crepe into two and cut into two.

Note: I added bit of broccoli to make it bit colorful :P

It's different

I started my day with guilt because I only finished one test case last night T____T
I did not even document it *sober*.

This is how my morning went...

Section I

There was the auditors visiting at office, so I was asked to be present in the meeting by 9.00 am sharp. I went and so did the rest of selected executive staffs. The events chairman changed the schedule without informing anyone not even her PA. Therefore, we all were waiting at the boardroom to welcome the auditors but nobody shown up.

After few phone calls only we found out they changed the schedule. And there I was not really angry because it's been a culture of tremendously changes in office back then and now.

Section II

Got back to my office, my colleague told me that the training that I was registered is not applicable for foreigner. I felt little bit offended. Look, it was not just that. I was talking to the other colleague and asked him to send the contact to me; I would like to clarify. He sent to others but me. Like they would say IN YOUR FACE!! Because we are not the local and we can't do almost anything. Fine by me. I live in your country I follow your rule, fair enough.

*waiting-for-my-turn*

Section III

Being called for the auditing meeting for several times but they again were still changing the schedules and I had to walk up and down from office to the boardroom (the lift was not functioning T__T). They do not respect anyone at all, not even themselves. Goddamn it!! Can somebody teach them how to be a real professional already!!??

Section IV

Got several calls from one after anothers to troubleshoot the user problems, I almost burst out. Why can't things work out smoothly when I was not in the mood?

Consumption of the day

Hey, guess what? I did not burst out. I did not went out for a smoke or 5mn break fresh air (that's what I normally do when I'm moody) either. I did not even throw my temper at anyone. I somehow manage to calm myself almost completely (well, I was not totally but I was cool).
So proud of myself *sob*sob*

I am gonna live myself happily and healthily (if there such word) as long as I am still breathing!!

Psstttss..who am I kidding with hahahahha
