Simple Dinner

Serving: 1 - 2
Preparation: 10mn
Cooking: 5mn

Ingredients
Handful of spaghetti
Handful of Asparagus
4 fresh button mushroom
50g of bacon
1 Tbsp of Oyster sauce
1 Tsp of Black Pepper

Direction

Cook the spaghetti and set a side.
Wash and cut asparagus and mushroom as finger length and cube size, respectively.
Heat the saucepan, add olive oil and add the bacon. Cook till the bacon turn total brown color and crispy add the asparagus and mushroom till soft, add the oyster sauce.

Now you have two options: cook the spaghetti together with the mixer or pour the mixer on top of ready serve spaghetti. I always cook together because it will blend the taste together well.

If you choose to cook together with the spaghetti, now add the spaghetti into the saucepan about 30 seconds add the black pepper. Turn the heat off after 30 seconds. There you go the BBQ Spaghetti with Bacon.

Now if you choose another option, add little bit of water into your saucepan and a pinch of cornstarch. Let the cornstarch to dissolve, off the heat and pour on the ready set spaghetti.
Serve it hot.
