We went for dinner at Bellygood (non-halal) couple of weeks back for my second celebration :P. The place was introduced as good place, good food and good environment, so we gave it a try. It wasn't a grant restaurant, it was just nice and simple for several tables to have a good dinner, not too crowded.
We started off with some appetizers
Cheesy Garlic Bread
Then we get on the main course
Mixed Grilled Platter
Mixed Grilled Platter
The grilled platter came with three type of sauces
I know I'm a little bit late and I've never thought I will ever post this entry too. I remembered I told my friends that I love Michael's songs but I was just not obsessed with them. But it's definitely the type of the music that I can play it again and again over the years. Today I watched MTV VMA 2009, the first speech was done by Madonna gave a tribute speech to Michael Jackson.
I do not know how to explain this feeling from her speech or even Janet's performance later on. But I felt the great lost of the most brilliant man on earth. I felt the sadness when Janet's performing in remembering her brother. I felt the emptiness when the dancers attempted the moonwalk and Michael's dancing styles. I know, we all know, that Michael always lives in our heart and memories.
I don't really like Wanton mee usually. It has some particular taste and smell, not sure how to describe, but yep, that's normal wanton mee would taste. But yesterday, my colleague brought me to this place that famous for wanton mee around Uptown Damansara area.
It's the kopitiam, not many stalls in fact. The wanton mee stall, chicken rice and couple more stalls. That was all.
'Seems like everyone is eating wanton mee.', I slipped out. 'Yeah, this place is famous for wanton me', my colleague replied.
Siew yoke from the chicken rice stall *slurp*
Char siew wanton mee
Okie, I admitted it. This one, the noodle tasted really good. There is no particular smell or taste like I've eaten else where. It was good! Give it a try! *winks*
My colleagues and I went for a fine dinning at Kura, Japanese restaurant locates in One World Hotel at Damansara area.
Oh my~ I love the place... we ordered lots and lots and lots and lots of food... I didn't snap much photo...because I was too excited with the food. Plus the place was quite dark my lousy camera phone just can't defeat it lolz.
I tried this again, and it's nicer than what I've expected.
Raw Salmon Eggs Some of my colleagues love it, but me not really. It has the fishy smell O.o||
Oh this is wonderful, Baked scallops with mushrooms.
So many till we could not finish. Very delicious. Very yummy. At the end of the day, there are food left over... So wasted... God knows how much we've tried to finish them by stuffing ourselves *oink*oink*
