from Appreciation to Instruction

I just received an updates stated that we have to extend our daily hour supports.
If I'm not mistaken, I've signed a contract stated that I have to work only five and a half days a week, if the job requires me to extend my support then it is necessary that I should extend my supports.

Fine, this is upon request. Fair enough. But the latest update was not upon requests, it is an instruction that we must do such and such.

Apparently, we've got ourselves a six days a week job scope with minimum 11 hours per day.
What's sound to you?

Heh, it doesn't seem to work that way, does it?
My passion is running low and out.
Please guide me where can I redeem my life back...

When instrcution take place, the appreciation and loyalty will have to go.

Calm down and think. Don't let your emotions overtake your logical thinking.

Stay late maybe can come in late. Or request for Saturday off for those not on shift lor...

Talk to them nicely, find out mutual interests. Just don't make the situation worst.
