Classic Brownie


1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
100g cup butter, room temperature
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon salt
100g chopped dark chocolate
1/2 cup chopped Almonds


Butter the baking pan and heat oven to 350°.
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking powder and set aside. Melt the butter and the chopped chocolate over the simmer and cool it down.

In a large bowl, add sugar to the chocolate mixture stir till it blended. Add eggs and mix till all blended. Add the dried ingredients in stir with wooden spoon, add vanilla extract and Almonds.

Spread the mixture in the prepared pan. Back for 20 to 25 minutes or until a the batter dry.

Hehe a little bit burnt

>You can also sprinkle some icing sugar on the brownie
